This home owner suffered a slab leak in their kitchen and needed a reroute. The plumber sadly had to put several holes in to the home owners kitchen and laundry room. These then needed to be patched up again. The owners required the repairs done quickly but with no corners cut. SERVPRO of San Jacinto/Idyllwild/Lakeview are trained and certified in numerous disciplines related to water restoration. Our ability to assign a trained expert to each phase of restoration allowed us to reduce the time required to complete a project. This fulfilled the homeowners’ needs and helped with the insurance claims process as well.
